dogtooth
Hi Everyone , Well with the Kingfish being a little quiet a quick trip to New Zealand was made to catch a few , only problem was the Wind... We did manage to fish 2 days in 30 knot winds as the other days were 70 knots and the worst storms to hit New Zealand in 50 years ... Overall cosidering the weather we did manage some decent fish all released and all on jigs, hopefully the weather cant be as bad next year ... cheers Dogtooth..... John.... gobbledock
Maybe in a decade or so the harbour might reside some hoodlems like that!! I hope
wrxhoon1
Maybe in a decade or so the harbour might reside some hoodlems like that!! I hope I don't think so, there are kings there up to 40kg, 20 kg kings are very common. Minimum legal size for kings in NZ is 75cm, measured form tip of the nose to the V on the tail, around the 85 cm by our measuring standards.
