Fuel Mixture

G'day all

I have borrowed my mates boat and he is useing a fuel mix of 50/1 but on the cowling it has 100/1? the outboard is a an 30 hp envirude motor so would 50-1 be ok or should i use 100/1,also while im here i wont to pump the tyres but i cant see any psi on the side walls so would say 35psi be ok (4.3 quintrex ).

Use 50 to1. 100 to 1 is too lean. As with any 2 stroke a little more oil won't do any damage at worst it will blow a little more smoke. Not enough oil on the other hand will do considerable damage to your motor.
