Basil D
Howdy raiders, took my Brother in law out today for a fish, Sam has only ever fished from the beaches for Tailor etc. Gave SAM one of those ET Tablets and it worked a treat, we trawled for one Bonnie and headed for a flat head drift, we got 10 Flat head all nice and fat. It slowed down after a while and I took Sam for a bottom Bash, we got 6 wrasse, couple of sweep, heaps of yellow tail( no need to buy bait for our next trip ) heaps of snapper but all undersized and no Squid. we packed up at 1.50pm and got back to the wharf and i was about to wrap the rope around the wharf anchor point and Sam jumps off I called out no Sam, too late, He fell between the Boat and the wharf for a nice Soaking . Lucky I had a spare jacket and pants in the Boat, I always keep spares just in case, you never know. We cleaned the fish and headed home laughing all the way down rocky point rd.
