My Biggest Whiting

G'day fellow raiders,

Posting after a long time, went to Brisbane waters to do some fishing for bream and flathead, turns out the day for whitings. Caught 5 in total with 2 good sized snapper. The Whiting was 43cm and my PB, planning to use live worms up next.

Wow, thats a solid whiting. Well done. The local paper has said there are snapper in the system. Hope to get one soon.

That's a top elbow slapper saad.

I just love the way they suddenly bolt when they see the boat.

Poor man's bonefish I reckon (or are bonefish poor man's whiting ?)

I'd be proud of that one...

Awesome whiting mate! You dont often see them that size- thats a few raiders now that have caught unusually large ones this season!! All the best for Xmas mate.
