Dangas
awesome results buddy, theres plenty of activity all round the bay at the moment. Rat kings and bonito are great fun on light gear. What sort of lures were you trolling?
puregeek
Yeh i was out the bay yesterday aswell from 2-6pm. Trolled lures and didn't get anything. Heaps of surface action, but they were being picky with what they were eating. Ended up anchoring near the oil wharf and ended up with a few undersized kings (55-60cm). Came back to the boat ramp with nothing. Pretty disappointing, was hoping to come back with some bonito at least. Can someone let me know where i should be trolling exactly? or is it pretty much everywhere around the bay?
