Davidpriddy Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Had a very orginary day fishing just off Brighton. Action was very slow. Lots of undersized pinkies. Caught over 30. Returned all to the water. Kept 3 flathead. A police boat was going to every fishing boat doing checks of fishing gear. We go nailed because we didn't have a torch and our flairs expired on the 30th of December. They had a go at my mate because his floatation vest was undone. I got pinged because i was in charge of the vessel, but didn't have a current VIC boat licence (I have a QLD licence). My mate has a current boat licence. Put a dampener on the day.
