G'day, i was just wondering if there was any advie going about good spots to catch jewies, bream, flathead or whitting from the end of the break walls in newcastle back up the river as i had to go and enter myself in a comp at the pub and could really use some advice as i've only been fishing for a year.

Any help would be greatyl appreciated

break wall fishing can be dangerous at times there is a break wall on the south coast of nsw (port kembla) where people are often washed in and die and i see people down on the rocks fishing with rock climbing ropes tying them to the break wall if your just getting into fishing try estuarys or beach fishing first the last thing u want to be doing is getting to know how to cast and bam your hit by a wave from behind the swansea channel holds plenty of fish around the swansea bridge

By only fishing for a year, i ment the newcastle area with the boat i bought a year ago. And the boudaries are the end of the break walls up to the river in Raymond Terrace
