Tuesday reoprt 15/3/11 at Port Stephens

Hi all,

Again we headed out yesterday with a 10-15 knot SE wind which wasn't ideal but we again had Doc & his other son on board.

We really struggled to find decent bait in close but we eventually did and headed for the Gibber. With 7 other boats we worked the area and no one was catching any marlin. We did however manage to entice a 60kg black marlin to have a nibble on the livie and the rest is history. Docs son did a great job and we soon had the little black at the side of the boat with a tag in and released to fight another day.

We didn't manage another bite but had another great day out on the water.
