Beach fisho advice?

Hi Raiders,

Live surf Cam

Still learning how to read the beaches, but looking at the above formation. Would that be fishable? or am I better off trying somewhere else?

I can see there is a gutter very close to shore but out far where the sandbar is, the white wash seems to keep rolling in all the way to shore. Would that hold fish?
