Rod L
Dene and I spent a great week up at Bynoe late in April. The pelagics were on fire with Dene holding on to a few 16lb GTs with the spin gear, I was smoked by a couple on the 9wt, and plenty of big Queenies willing to play. My best Queenie was a 90cm - 15lb model on the 7wt. 14 species on the fly for the week with about 40 Barra between us. The Barra were a bit dopy, if you didn't put the fly or lure within 6 inchs of their nose they didn't bother looking at it. I haven't got around to putting a vid together yet so here's the trailer. And a few pics This one really hurt Dene My big Queenie on the 7wt

Trapper Tom
G'day Rod L. Mate you did extra well!! Bynoe is a really hard place to get wired and fish. So big and expansive. Have fished with some really good Barra guys up north and they reckon its the hardest. I have seen the guides go out and come back after the day with one small barra to their name. As hard as it is I absolutely love Bynoe just something about the place. Going back in 2 months, will be my first Big Fish adventure for 2 years. Noted you did not put up any mud crab photo's. Hope you got some, it absolutely crawls with em up there and they are to die for to eat. Cheers Trapper Tom
