Saturday Report off Sydney

Hi guys,

Well we had a great day out today which started with heaps of bait & birds on the shelf & hooked a few striped tuna in the work up. Then the xrap on the short corner screams off and we have a solid hook up on a 100kg striped marlin which managed to bust us off after some inpressive acrobatics behind the boat. We set a trail and managed heaps of stripies & 3 albacore on jigs & cubes & pulled the hooks on 2 solid fish on jigs late in the day. Came home in shitty conditions but we had a great day out again and the punters had some fun & got a decent feed.

Only heard of 1 fin around 60kg but the longliners were working hard out wide so it will interesting to see how they go tonight.

G'day Mike - thanks again for looking after us on Saturday - appreciate that you and Damo always go the distance to put us amongst the action.. it was terriaki albacore on the grill all round on Sunday!
