Landbased fishin but where

Hey all just lookin 4 some advise I'm takin a mate fish landbased this afternoon and not sure where to go where I might have a chance of catching . My mates never been fishin before and hopefully if I catch I might get him interested in it and have some one to go with cause I mainly go on me own . Any quick advise would be awesome cheers

Its a bit late now but where abouts do you normally fish? ( Pittwater, Hawkesbury, Harbour, Botany etc...) most wharves are the go for beginners. Just berley and use prawns and you should get a bream or too!

Thanks 4 your helP I ended up going of the beach at Avalon and we caught 12 legal tailor another 3 undersize and a stingray my mate enjoyed it cheers
