Barcrusher vs TABS

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on any pro’s and con’s of bar crusher and TABS boats. The models I will be after are the half cabin ocean series type either 5.7m or 6.1m.

If we ignore price, and whats included in a standard package, i’m moreso after any info about the ride of the boat. (ie. how it handles in bad chop).

The boat will be primarily used for offshore fishing (browns and 12 mile).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan, if you are going to ignore price, there are better plate alloy boats made than those two brands so most of the time price has a big contribution in what someone buys. I personally have been in both brands many time and one of those brands in fact are wanting us to stock and sell their boats. Both are fine boats which offer an owner different things so you have to work out what is important to you and then best to see if both are within budget and then water test them.
