PRED-ATOR
Hey Raiders, Going Land Based Game on Monday as i have the day off. Im going to some spots that have produced for me in the past at/near Kiama. Is the bait/tackle store still open on the way to Kiama near the pub and the BP? Opposite the airfield. Any info appreciated, Cheers, Stan

boy53
Stan bro, I went kiama 2 or 3 weeks ago. Didn't catch anything lol. No livies near rocks so went back to harbour to get livies then carry all the way to blowhole HAHA. Just caught 2 salmons and that's all We stayed from Sunrise to sunset lol and it was like 16 degrees haha.

Shanemills
ballooning - nice take some pics. pretty keen to see how you go oh how do u get a big fish up a cliff face ? Seen them use a grappling hook attached to a rope. You attach it to your line slide it down it then goes over the fish and grabs it. You then simply pull the rope and up comes your fish. Great invention but not so effective on a nice marlin. Who would have thought you could catch marlin off the rocks. I have a hole DVD dedicated to ballooning of the rocks they even have kiddies pools full of live bait. Looks like fun.

As for bringing big fish back off the rocks, i usually take another person so we can share the gear, im not scaling any cliff faces so its not as bad. Didnt go so well though and my shoulders were killing from my makeshift bucket in a bag livebait tank lol
