PRED-ATOR
Windang is really good for nippers on the low tide the middle bank is sort of exposed. For octupus ive not targeted them specifically but have seen them in rock pools around Kiama blow hole. All the best

Izza
Iv never been prawning myself but I have been told they run rampant in lake illawarra at the right times, my freind told me about one spot I'll try to explain it as best I can but if you stand on the bridge at windang (facing out to sea) if you look to your right you will see a small island he said that they get thick there in the chanell between the island and the mainland when the settings are right for them (not sure what the settings are) so yeah hope that helps somewhat
