Wreck bay

Hey guys, fished down at wreck bay last week late arvo, off the rocks with the missus... Caught plenty of little snapper I think they were but nothing of size. A guy fishing up from my had 50 pound braid with pilchards, just on dark his bait got hit by something big... After about a minute of it runnin it either snapped his line clean or got him on some reef. What ever it was it was big! No photos sorry... Normally I do all the rigging and baiting which ends up with me hardly fishing however this time the partner cut the pilchards and peeled the prawns once she was down so I could enjoy the fishing!!! She finally touches bait after 5 years haha
