bassboy888
Well raiders basscatcher and I are in our 3rd day into fiahing monduran dam and to say the least fishing has been tough! Monday a catty each, tuesday zilch but today we had some luck with plenty of strikes and i landed a dark 45cm barra, not big buuut a barra. Rigging up some lures for tomorrow. Hoping on getting some more barra and hooking into a few more of those strikes!

bassboy888
What an AWESOME day today was, managed 12 barra too 65cm landing this 62cm barra on bream spin gear along with 8 more of them. 10lb line 20lb leader and only rubbed off once... great day when no one has been reporting much action, no really big fish but on light gear its brilliant. Late october should.be great water temp warm and fish not being so tempramental, most people here are saying they will fire in the next couple of weeks. Good luck to you!! Todays fishing was far slower with us only landing 2 fish one 62 and the other 40 no cloud cover put them off. One more day session out tomorrow so we are hopeful for a big one. There will be heaps of boats on the water though with an abt round being held this weekend

ddaniel
how u goin bassboy888, i have a couple of mates fishin the abt, keith and glen from a bluefin mj, they have been pre fishin monduran on and off for 2weeks catties, catties and more catties, they had been sayn a few boils a couple of scales but no solid hookups, not much boofn of a night. they have a base camp up at b , so if u see them say g'day there is a bit of experience on board that boat and would be happy too part with any info that might increase your chances
