ehor
Just wondering if anyone can suggest some good land based spots or wharves to get some leathers since they are reported to be around. Feel free to PM me if you want Cheers, Ed Edited June 14, 2005 by ehor
Tony Soprano
We always manage to get a few decent size ones around the cottage point area... Also quite a few of the harbour wharves seem to produce for a lot of people...
Bashir
Clifton gardens has heaps around the pool netting. You aren't allowed to fish on the pool side of the net, though that doesn't stop most people and I don't blame them, there are heaps there! After snorkelling heaps of shoreline in the harbour I have come to the conclusion that where there is kelp, there is jackets! They are everywhere, just gotta get past the pickers to get them sometimes.

Gaff
There is a little wharf at Luna Park right in front of the roller coaster always a good feed of Leatherjackets No 12 size long shank hook and a peeled prawn should do the trick. Gaff
