Fishing permits

Hi all,

Getting excited as only 16 more days before I leave wet, windy and cold Wales, uk for my 6 week adventure through Hong kong, Australia and Fiji.

Can anyone tell me what permit I will need, will be fishing between Sydney and cairns.

For NSW you need a licence, here's the link to all the info you need NSW LICENCE

For Queensland anglers do not require a licence to fish recreationally in Queensland, except if fishing in some stocked impoundments. Further information can be read HERE
