tentonner
Gday, just thought I'd share my experience with an australian tackle company. About a year ago I bought a TuffTackle diablo 9000 to fish for kings around sydney harbour, It has been fished very hard for a year now landing a lot of kings up to 90cm and I've been very happy with it. A couple of outings ago I was using it when the clicker on the drag knob suddenly stopped working. A quick ring to the tackle company and without any questions asked they asked for my address and I received a replacement a week later. I just assumed it would a be a sh&^ fight to fix as this as in the past any faulty parts problems I've had with other companies has seen them immediately blame me for the fault and make me pay for it to be fixed. So anyway I'm a very pleased customer at the moment and it was good to see an Australian company looking after their customers.
Catchin Jack
That's good news mate, it's nice to hear there still are good companies around that look after their bread and butter, the customer.
Mr Squidy
Great to hear. I can never understand why more companies dont take this sort of approach, at the end of the day a happy client is better advertising than money can buy. Rich
pure spirit
i have one of their rod and reels, after a few uses the reel seat on the rod (50-80lb troll rod) came loose, which i was not to happy about having not picked up anything huge on it and thank god it happened when i was on something small. anyway called them up and with no dramas they took it back and sorted it out. once again no blame just good service had it back in about a week from sending it. nice work tuff tackle.
