victorski
Howdy everyone, Caught and released about 30 of these fish today at seal rocks, horrible little things made engulfed all my soft plastics! Anyone have any idea what it is? are they worth keeping and are there anyways to avoid catching the damned things Cheers, Victor
0 cut_loose
Pike, they smell so bad as well mate. They are not worth eating in my opinion but they make great bait.

0 LBG.
Keep them next time and drop them 'round here on your way home. Great bait, dead or alive

0 finin
Actually fellas, they are really nice on the tooth. The meat is very white and there arnt to many bones. Once they are scaled and skinned, you will find the smell goes and you are left with a nice fillet. Make sure you take the bigger ones as you get a nice fillet off either side. Dont knock it till you try it!
