kurtisjohnthomas
Couldn't really be bothered to get up early and fight for a spot on the boat ramp today so hit Lane Cove River at about lunch time. Took a picnic and a "Friend". Ended up with 4 flatties, biggest 45cm, a nice yellowfin bream 35cm and a stack of whiting. The river is firing up, but I haven't been able to get into any big Lizards since about July. Anyway, didn't get many pics. But all were caught on either Squidgy Bloodworm Wrigglers or Daiwa 3G vibe. tide'n'knots
nice effort kurt, I hit the lane cove about 3weeks ago and managed around 8 or 10 small lizards and 1 small whiting. It shouldnt be too long before the bigger fish start to turn up. looks like your friend enjoyed herself. pete.

james7
Four flatties, a nice bream, as well as some whiting is a top effort Kurt! By the way, none of my "fishing friends" wear pearl earings! Cheers Peter

pmak
Sounds like a great session. especially if whiting are starting to come on in numbers. Nothing cheeky about fishing though unless ...
