Some fun in November

Hello all,

First f all thank you all for your great posts and insights. I love this site and spend far too much time pressing refresh each day looking forward to a new post.

During the month of November I grow a moustache for men's health. I raise as much money as I can for research and awareness into the silent killer that is prostate cancer. I'm not going to get all deep and dark about the facts but I do want to ask you to join me this year in either becoming a member of my team or just dig deep and donate.

I will be going one better this November. No drinking, no processed foods or drinks and training 5 times a week with a personal trainer. I want to not only raise money and awareness but make some changes to my own life which I would encourage you also to do. Cancer creeps up if you let it so be healthy and leave it behind.
