new rod suggestions PLEASE!

hi guys,

iv got this new reel. its a daiwa 5500 and will have a HUGE casting distance. it has 200m of line. i need a rod to match it in the 80-120 dollar range and 10-15 kg would be good and for jewfish and kingfish mostly landbased

How does a reel have HUGE CASTING DISTANCE? (Bam! Whack! KAPOW!)

Are you spinning, livebaiting, flicking mega plastics, pillie tossing?

Where are you using it?

Do you want a 1 or 2 peice?

For $120 i'd just go to ****** and buy their most expensive rod. Best to get the best of crap gear than the crappest of good gear.

really? um itl be bait with pillies and stuff im guessing the blacked out bit if a large w... hopefully no block haha! and itl be all landbased 2 peice preferable and maybe some live bait

Ugly stick, check them out at pure fishing website, other brand rods to look at also, even graphite in the line class you are after.

When you say you got a Daiwa 5500... are you talking about the emblem pro 5500?

If your justing using the combo for generel fishing get Ugly stik about 10-11 foot.

Make sure you find something a bit light as the emblem is fairly heavy.

I use my emblems with daiwa heartlands... but I dont think you get get heartlands @ 12 foor for under 200.(I could be wrong)
