Guest hawkesbass Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Went around the harbour looking for spots to target the whiting with the windy conditions today and decided to fish at clifton gardens wharf decided to fish the right side of the wharf casting towards the bank aiming between the weed patches using bloodworms for bait first fish caught was undersize and promptly released to grow bigger the second fish caught was a sting ray of 60cms this was also released the third fish caught was a legal whiting that gave a good fight on the plastics rod this fish went 37cms Fourth fish landed was another legal whiting of 34 cms and last and final whiting measured 29cms The conditions were tough but a rewarding 3 hours with some fish for the family to enjoy Cheers trevor
