Fishing between swansea and newcastle

Hi Raiders,

i'm going to Argenton (between Swansea and Newcastle) for work tomorrow, i only got half day worth of work so i will be bringing a couple of rods with me. Prepared to leave Sydney as early as required to get there if say the fishing is better before sunrise.

Can someone please point me to a decent spot where i can target pelagics landbased on large SP/blades/slices?? or should i go the bread and butter species inside the estuary?? early as before light? or after work around midday.. ?? lures or bait? tides??

the only time i cannot be fishing is between 7am - 12noon, other wise i will make what ever effort is required to get there any other time, no matter how early. (any one keen to meet up?)

All tips & hints from anyone that has fished the area will be greatly appreciated.
