roosterman
well guys i first tempted fate just over nine months ago and threw my special lure around hoping for the best and now its finally paid dividends... we had a few hairy moments and over a 14 hr fight but eventually i was able to get my special catch onto the bragmat and 50cm and def a keeper... having endured 4 tours of duty previously helped my alot and showed how much a pro she was and the professionel onlookers cheered her throught it all.. correct weight was 3.56kg and i have finally ticked off the female species box to complete my set.... a pic of the special weigh in... cheers... a very tired but happy fisho .. ps, my measure was actually the official one used not just for pics.. also would like to openly thank the great work done by the nursing staff at Hornsby hospital.. pure Angels sent from heaven i say.... :1worthy:

cat-as-trophy
Congrats Steve and family. What a wonderful Xmas pressie. You have the body guards/boyfriend disuaders at the ready, now all you need to do is buy the ladder for when she is around 35 so she can elope. arpie
Gees! I thought you'd cracked a Marlin there for a moment (or has that been done before in my absence?!) Congratulations, Steve & Jaime - on the birth of your FIRST daughter - Marrissa - what a gorgeous name!! I thought you were going for a football team there at one stage!! Now you can start on the Netball team! The boys will enjoy meeting up their little sister & will be very protective of her, I am sure!! As you will be the Protective Dad, to be sure, to be sure!! Please pass on our best wishes to Jaime as well! When will we see you up this way at the Outlaws? I'd make a special visit to see you all!! Cheerio and Take Care Roberta
