lukecorcs
Hi all. I am currently living in Hobart and moving into a place at Burraneer in December. I have lived there previously and have been out fishing on Port Hacking many of times before but have never had much luck. I have used live nippers, baits, soft plastics and all I can manage is under size bream, whiting and snapper. If any one could help me out and give me some pointers that would be fantastic. I also do a lot of fishing down St Georges Basin and Sussex Inlet way and I have way more luck down there than on the Hacking...is it because I need to use a different "style" of fishing? As I said, any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated.

lukecorcs
Thanks Leo, I will have a look now. I cant wait to get back up there. The only fishing I can do down here really is for flatties (not complaining about that) but when you catch 30 or 40, and only 6 are keepers, its gets annoying! My mate caught this good flattie just around the corner from yowie bay in the channel heading up the southwest arm I got the rubberlip off Sussex Inlet in 18m of water The Tailor I got after getting busted off three times (6lb braid for mainline and 20lb leader)
