krist1303
Hi guys I recently got hooked with this big lips fish but noone know what its called. It's big, 45cm, bit of fighting. Two days in a row I got the same fish and quite same size. Also, I think the one that I took picture with the cake spoon is Silver Drummer, however, its color is weird to appear. Krist Rubberlip Morwong (good eating if gut cavity cleaned out) Silver Trevally (fairly good eating if bled and eaten fresh) Mullet (haven't tried, but heard they go ok) Silver drummer (terrible eating)

Beaver
It could be, hard to tell from that photo, but if you can see vertical black lines down the flanks either side it's a luderick / blackfish
Yowie
The fish on the right looks look a blackfish with the faint darker stripes. Don't forget, that not all fish will look like perfect specimens (e.g. look at humans) Also, some fish do interbreed (but not as much as humans) and you will see characteristics of both species. eastwood1980
Did you catch the mowie from landbased fishing? If so where abouts? never caught one before on a land.
cheap charlie
Alledged Silver dummer looks like a luderick to me. It has the yellowed nose which Blackfish some times have, especially ones that spend lots of time in the lake
