Reel warranties

Hi Raiders

Purchased a Daiwa legalis for a tackleworld in perth just under a year ago which had a 1 year plus warranty on it. About a month ago the anti reverse started playing up and now has completely stop working making it very difficult to fish with and yes have fiddled with the reverse thing on the reel and hasn't made a difference. So my question is do u think tackleworld will replace it, it hasn't be improperly used or any thing just stopped working over time?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Hi From my experience I would go direct to the daiwa service department in Sydney tell them your story . I have found them to be a very fair company
