Blood Knot
Hi All Got up early and drove down to Iron Cove for a quick top water session on the flats. Water was glassy and looked good but was really a little quiet, but managed 2 Bream and 1 whiting on the NW pencil 52 & another whiting a little later on the ZX30 Coral Shrimp + a couple of flatties that jumped on for a free tow back in to shore. The NW pencil managed to detach it self on one cast and whilst I stood there thinking I wont take my eyes off where it is floating and I will cast out another lure and try to snag it, a bloody fish hit it and it was gone (definately something to be said for the "long pause" ) Picked up coffee and cinnamon donuts and home by 9am for breaky with the wife. Cheers Blood Knot

paul.kenny
Well done mate, glad someone is getting them off the surface. That water looks a lot cleaner than the Georges River has been for the last few weeks.
Morgs84
Nice report mate, Shame about that lure , someone is going to catch themselves a 20 dollar fish with that lure hanging out his gob! Morgs
