Hi everyone

Came up to Forster to clean and fix a couple of windows on the caravan to get ready for our holiday over Christmas but managed to get out for a fish this afternoon. Rigged up my rod with a plastic decided to go with the number 4black and hold squidgey in the fish pattern. I decide to do my long walk along the shore kind starting from the oyster farm going all the way down to the break wall. Started at 3 and only had only two hours. Got down there and it was blowing s hundred miles an hour do bad I could not cast straight or feel my plastic while I was working it. This was all the way down until I finally got to the break wall. It was now 4:45 and I finally found a little protected spot from the wind fishing in the Forster marina. First cast and it was not affected by the wind and I could feel my plastic and first flick bang I was on and got a 48cm flatty put him in the keeper net and put the lure in the same spot and smashed again got this one to the surface and it was about 60cm but it shock it's head and it was gone spat the lure. Had a few more cast but nothing do cleaned my fish and went on home.

Hope you enjoyed the read.

Martin
