Which Boat

Hi, I am in the process of selling my trailer boat and looking to upgrade to something a bit bigger or which can at least get me outside without breaking my back.. or needing to drive at an almost stop.. (I have read nearly all the posts here on some models which have given me some guide).. the boats I am looking at are pretty varied so I have an open mind.. If anyone has owned one or been in one please let me know your thoughts or feedback.. Main use is fishing however dont mind taking out the friends or wife for a cruise on the harbour and swim as well..

Boats in mind I am looking at -

Small flybridge cruiser 23ft (Bertram, Huntsman or Carribean) Is there really much difference in these three ? Probably old one and then repower it.

Stabicraft or Bar crusher -

Gulf craft walkaround or Dolphin - These look pretty impressive but not sure about their sea ability..
