Drifting on the Georges River

Hi Raiders,

I spent half the day yesterday, just drifting sort of in between Tom Uglies & Captain Cook Bridges.

I had 3 rods on the side of the boat. At one stage they were all going off, i had a rod in each hand & i felt like John Wayne with long barrell 44 Magnums in eah hand .... Whish i had a spare hand to take a photo.

Caught 1/2 doz Flathead, Pinkies "almost leagal" ,released them all but 1 Cracking Siver Bream

Just had it for dinner tonight off the BBQ. MMMMMMM YUM.

I see you fished Noosa recently.

Noosa river fishing safaris is my good mate Chris. Great to see he put you on a nice jack mate.

My daughter & I went out with Chris 2 times, real nice bloke. After i landed it he called his mate who met us on the shore with Cameras and put me on the Channel 7 News fishing Report.

Was pissed no one asked for my autograph after it showed on TV. lol

After the filming it was released in good condition, took off like a rocket.

Say hi to Chris, from Angelo next time you speek to him.

Hahaha I had that happen last time i was up in noosa. Got a few jacks and had it plastered up on TV, news paper and internet. Thank god I dont live up there anymore. My mate copped it left right and centre haha.
