Sevo
Caught my first ever blackfish this evening in Land Based at Putney, Too far down the parramatta river to keep it so it can swim another day Was my first cast of the evening and brought up this beauty. Was clear too with no rain while I was down there Edited February 1, 2012 by Sevo

luderick -angler
Nice blackfish there Sevo, he's certainly a long way up from the bridge and a good size not a regular balckfish haunt so a s gilbey said what rig? Confirms my suspicions though thta the school thta was a round the Balmain area all roed up were moving up river to spawn, a very late run of spawners came in in very big numbers but it lasted 2 weeks and they have dropped off again. Nice effort well done and welcome to the club!!!!!
