Macmasters Beach

Hey raiders,

heading up to macmasters beach this weekend for a few days, and keen to do some fishing up there. I will be taking up some pilli's, fresh mullet, slimies and some beach worms. Just keen to get into a few fish tailor, salmon whiting., taking a couple of rods.

Does anyone know how the fishing has been?

and i wouldnt mind having a crack for a jew while i am up there. i have my techniques down pat but havent lucked into one yet, is it worth chucking out a big bait?

I have been through all of the old forum posts, and countless pages on google but there isnt much said about macmasters itself, just the places around, so any extra info would be much appreciated.

Also i will have an inexperienced fisher girl with me which will limit the range of my travels,
