Well once again I went to FIJI for our anniversary

First of al I would like to say that I am very sorry that I have no pics of the fish ... The camera went over board in the excitment on the first day out fishing Frigate reef..But here is the report...We did manage to get a couple of photos of the island and area from the wifes camera..

Well, I go every year and stay at the Warwick resort and spa on the coral coast. I have made friends with a local family that have their own business called FIJI sport fishing..

Anyone that would like the details please PM me for all the info..

These guys always put me on the fish in any conditions.. They work hard to make sure we dont go home empty handed,, This year the first day I did a full day charter which took us out to frigate reef. We fished the reef in the moring for a couple of hours before having lunch on the beach of a near by island.. The guys cooked one of our fish we caught that morning..

We then had a snorkle over the reef and played with some dolphins. After lunch continued to fish all the way home to the resort..

First day total: 1 barrakuda, 15 tuna..stripes of about 1.2kg, mack tuna and albacore

The second outing was only a half day charter and we had to work hard as the weather was not the best..first 3 hours ...nothing.. then ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

a BIG mahi mahi..after 45min I got him to the boat and dropped him.....F*$#,,,S*$# :mad3:

then we found some birds working hard and spent the next 2 hours working the school and managed 8 good stripies and mack tune and 2 yellow fin..Overall another great holiday..

I hope you enjoy the photos even if they are not fish...

Mate I love Fiji it's so chilled. Eat, drink, fish and time with the Mrs is well spent over there. Good to see you got amongst a few fish. Hope to be heading over there soon myself just debating with family Fiji or Thailand.
