Right under the bridge, for flathead i think the double hop i think its called is a good retrieve and make sure ur shad is always on the bottom, and for bream ive never used soft plastic sorry
Catchin Jack Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Anywhere in the channel but usually east of bridge is best.
weekendfisher Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Under the bridge off the sand bank is a good spot it is next to the wharf. But be warned you will have to fight the rest of the tourists that flock to the coast every public holiday. I have family that live up there and it's a great spot on a normal weekend but come public holidays it is hard to do anything so my advice it to head up early. There is also a gutter on the other side that runs to the ocean its a nice spot for blackfish and tailor. Good luck
