Tasted bloody good can't wait to catch a few more and try my hand at some other ways of cooking them that I've seen in the recipes forum on here
sydlb Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Nice catch Haven't hit the surf beaches yet this season, but hoping to go this weekend with all the reports of salmon. Never caught one yet, so looking forward to it.
duckegg Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Twisty, My favourite way to cook Auusie Salmon is Thai Fish Cakes. Search Rick Stein Thai Fish Cakes - this recipe is as good as it gets and they taste like what you would get in a restaurant. Dipping sauce makes it. Duckegg
