Jew Stalker Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 As it turns out at the bequest of my my trip to Eucumbene has been postponed. But my quest for trout is not over. We are heading back to Sydney to see some of Larnies friends and relatives and some of mine whilst we are at it. The good news is however I grew up on the banks of the Nepean (Leonay/Emu Plains) and upon hearing of all of the recent trout being caught there I am keen as mustard to go for a few. I remember seeing them in there when I was young around 1990 (I was 12 or 13 trying to figure out this elusive fishing) after the big floods but didn't know much about fishing then and dangled my bait unsuccessfully for a fat zero. These days I am armed to the teeth with some serious lures for these guys and battle hardened on bass, EP's, bream, jews, snapper, kingies, tuna etc from down the far south coast and finally I am ready for them. I have studied hard, talked to many a trout fisho (one who releases them for fisheries in the snowies) and sucked them clean of info on how to catch them and what to use. All of this info I am going to utilize on my real maiden trout venture. All I need to know from you guys is... Are they still there? Please say yes. Luc.
Jew Stalker Posted April 30, 2012 Author Posted April 30, 2012 I will take that as a "yes, but we aren't telling you" hehehe. See you there tomorrow night.
