Middle harbour Yakka

I am going to have a few hours beach fishing tonight and want to pick up some yakka first. I usually pick mine up from Roseville on the way out but as that is being worked on where else can I grab some from in Middle Harbour? Is Balmoral or Clifton Wharves worth a go?

clifton is worth a go and you catch plenty but it is overfished

you always see people just targeting yakkas to eat there

so you might get plenty or just one

on a good day you can see the yakkas swimming in schools in around the jettys

you might want to try balmoral as there are less people fishing there
