trentarena89 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Might be heading down there this afternoon to take advantage of my day off, noticed its a southerly swell and northerly wind. Which part of the beach am I most likely to have success in in these conditions. I've never really taken too much notice on the seldom times I choose the beach over the stones, but I'm taking the old man and would like to have a better chance at catching something. Flathead, Salmon, Tailor doesn't really matter. Also, can you catch live poddies in the creek on the southern side? Cheers Trent
aeb870 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Interested to know how you go, keep us posted. I am still in the stages of finding my way around fishing there, but if it helps, one of the raiders previously recommended I catch poddies from the creek there. So I am guessing there is poddies there, hope that helps.

Still, a day spent fishing is a day spent better than at work/uni Ah ok, thanks for the info on the Poddies, will have to collect some and send them out Edited May 21, 2012 by trentarena89
