Might be heading down there this afternoon to take advantage of my day off, noticed its a southerly swell and northerly wind.

Which part of the beach am I most likely to have success in in these conditions.

I've never really taken too much notice on the seldom times I choose the beach over the stones, but I'm taking the old man and would like to have a better chance at catching something. Flathead, Salmon, Tailor doesn't really matter.

Also, can you catch live poddies in the creek on the southern side?

Cheers

I am still in the stages of finding my way around fishing there, but if it helps, one of the raiders previously recommended I catch poddies from the creek there. So I am guessing there is poddies there, hope that helps.

Gave it a miss unfortunately due to the old man bailing, hit up the Stone with no luck. Still, a day spent fishing is a day spent better than at work/uni :P

Ah ok, thanks for the info on the Poddies, will have to collect some and send them out
