flattie_king Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 (edited) hay guys a couple of weeks ago me and a few mates went out deep sea fishing, we were in the water for appox 4 hours now we didnt catch anything until i pulled up a decent bream i used it for live bait and hooked my self onto a massive cobia it took me 14 min to bring it out, my heart was pounding like a horse, after i finially got it into the boat it weighed in at 14.9 kgs and was measured 1 metre 20 it was a hell of a fight and its the biggest fish ive ever caught YET THANKYOU Edited May 22, 2012 by flattie_king

sphoukari Posted May 22, 2012 Posted May 22, 2012 A decent bream lands a cobia, thats unbelievable but you never know sometimes when it comes to putting down any type of live fish what could happen, always thought about putting down something other than a yakka. I keep on hearing that fishos are catching these guys in Sydney waters, hopefully one comes my way one day. Nice fish mate Anthony.
