Where to fish in Sydney

Hi guys,

I'm going down to my inlaws place at Menai for the long weekend and am thinkning about going for a fish. Now I have no idea where to fish around Menai. All I know is the George's river is close by. I'll be leaving my boat at home so i'll be shore based only.

Can anyone give me a few spots to try that isn't too far away from Menai.

Try the old wonanora bridge its only 5 mins down the road under the new bridge.bream flathead whitting blackfish and jewies ot head up stream near the needles and you might get sn ep ot bass but youll have to put them back unharmed
