mushtaka
Well after coming home time and time again from Pittwater with no squid and to a wife that shakes her head and says "why do you even bother!" I changed my spot and started to fish areas around the Spit. Things have really been heating up. Not massive squid but perfect for Jewie bait! I have been landing these on the Yamashita live, natural 2.5g. Only took 1.5hr on the run out tide. I love salt and pepper squid it is my fav food but i know it is a fav food of the jewie too! mmmmm why does the jew fish always win! I will let you all know how i go off the beach latter this week! Interesting........ I have been down there 2 sometimes 3 times a week over the last few months for only for the occasional 1 squid if lucky and 1/2 doz Yackas for bait. I have a few other spots further down and up in Pittwater too...But they have not been firing either. I think you need a boat so you can move around.
