fishmaniac
Any of the wharfs (or public access to the water) near some rocky areas and dropoffs will produce fish. A bit of berley and well presented baits are important in the heavily fished areas. Light leaders and minimal weight is the way to go. There are still bream around but they are undoubtedly more difficult to tempt during winter.
rjc123
As previously said, wharves are a great starting point. Burley is the key! One technique i highly recommend is casting either unweighted or lightly weighted baits towards pylons or any structure. Give it a go Cheers, Tom

I might go back to black fishing this weekend weather permits and will post a report if all goes according to plan
