After catching a nice salmon off the beach during the week I heard a rumor that a bit of salmon on a circle hook would be a very attractive bait for gummy sharks and maybe some other species too. I'll be fishing off the central coast and wondering if this or anything similar has worked for other fisho's in the area? Heard good stories from Victoria with this method but haven't seen much on this site about gummy sharks from the central coast. Pin one at the top of the bait through the flesh out the skin and bottom hook go just through the skin and back out abit further down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
