Fishing at the mountain yesterday and was lucky to get fish to the boat .sharks from 150 meters down to just under the boat , Than a bloody seal turned up .Moved around didnt help we got sharked ten times In the end got some gemms in and one little blue eye that had been bitten.On the way home seen free flying shark looked like whaler going off.Still had a GOOD day.

When its like that your best off having another 20-30 boats around to break up the sharks pinching your fish i have found.

Hey Courtkase, good to catch up out at Brown's yesterday (call sign Kellacat).... not a bad day out taking home a feed of Gems and reasonable size Blue Eye which unfortunately also got attacked less than 10 metres from the boat. Sharks got the better of the day and as you say, moving around didn't help the situation and in the end, your mate, the seal turned up at our boat just before we pulled the pin. Spent an hour running lures to the south for zero result before heading home.

We copped the same courtkase,I was in the black and white tabs.If you were lucky enough to get passed the sharks down deep the seals would get you on the surface,it was very hard to land the gemmies or blue eye yesterday.One thing I found interesting did'nt see one mako all day, we only hooked bronzies.I would say that was a mako you saw free jumping on your way home.

Ah yes the "free flying shark" how esle can they celebrate a good days fishing. Free food on the platter and not being caught. Maybe we should invite the Navy out to Brown's with some percussion grenades and give the Noahs a headache or two?????????????
