Nick1987k
Headed to the 12 mile yesterday with my mate shaun , we stopped off at the peak an had a few jigs an sounded round , very quiet so punched out to the 12 mile couple boats out there . After about hour or 2 my mate hooked one jus under 4 kg goin 76cm ,. Once the tide changed seemed the bloody jackets swamped us an lost about 7 jigs . All in all great day on the water Nick Barcrusher 610î‡

I’ve bee out the peak a few times but that place seem to be a fishless desert each time I’ve been out...

erroll
Well done there mate. That's a steep exchange rate, but a very nice fish. We were there in my Seafarer Voyager and did our bit to deposit a few jigs on the bottom without pulling in a king. We did head off to browns though and landed a couple of nice gemmies.
