Looking at upgrading my ls4100 sounder but

not sure if I get the 620 or wait for 627? Can

I use the existing 50/200 transducer with the

620? Ls4100 easy to use and detect most

fish so using these colour sounders would

be like the blind being able to see?

The Furuno sounders are the best I have used/seen... I have both Lowrance HDS5 and a Furuno 585 sounder on my boat and can tell you the Furuno gives a much more detailed picture in all water conditions in my setup. I can even pickup tiny ecogear vx40 blade lure going down the water column... its that sensitive! Kingfish etc have no chance!

I could only imagine the next generation 620>627 and 585>587 would be even better! From I read the newer sounders use the 10 pin furuno connectors so you old transducer will be fine... Happy shopping!
